MICROPENAL is built to be privacy-respecting. The app runs on your device, we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across the web. Any document you load (such as a department policy manual) stays on your device.

To provide and maintain the App, process and manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, secure the service against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Account and billing records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. On-device data persists until you remove it (uninstall/clear the app, clear site data, or use the in-app reset).

The App is intended for adult law-enforcement professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
